We had our first week of therapy with IMT this week. After our visit with them last week they did some research and found a recipe for formula they wanted me to try and also put her on a sugar free diet as well a no glutin. I have been making the formula all week as well as feeding her nothing but organic foods and juices. Arianna has been much more relaxed since changing her food and formula and she has also not had any MOM to help her have a BM for about three days and has not had any problem in that area. So I think we have finally found something to give her some relief and us to. The people at IMT have been working on Ari's GI issues and trying to get all her energies in her body going where they are suppose to go. I do not understand what they are doing by just placing their hands on different parts of her body but I have noticed little changes with her. She is not so tense all the time and she does more of a real cry instead of the grunting she was doing before. The last two days Ari has been eating a whole jar of babyfood (4 oz size) at one sitting and today she ate a jar for breakfast and tonight she ate a jar for dinner. You can just imagine how excited we are about that. Arianna's eyes also seem to be changing a little, when she goes outside her eyes reacted to the bright light today and she sqwinted for the first time since her accident. I took her to Dr. John this week and he said that her bactera infection was still there but was getting better and he retested the drops he gave me to give her to make sure they were still working . So far it looks like we will be home all week again next week. I can't get her back into brooks for her therapy and the people at IMT will be out of town taking more classes. Dr. Murray's office is still saying the chambers will be up and running by the 15th but I still do not have any appointments so I don't think they will make it by that date.
