Another fundraising idea from Easy Fundraising Ideas

Hey all! Well this coming week marks the first year of Arianna's recovery. It was on Wednesday, April 11 last year, several days after Easter Sunday, when her adventure out the door led us to our current journey. I can say we've been through a lot, and expect more and more challenges and surprises. Sarah and I were fortunate and blessed to stay busy on Easter Sunday this year, so except for a few weak moments, we held up well. But knowing that April 11 marks a new day for us in our lives, we decided to "try" to make it a celebration of life instead of a memorial of last year. The absolute truth is that God is continuing to heal her and do his amazing work. We have gone past that expectation we once had of Ari just getting up and going back to how she was, but continue to not only believe that God is slowly healing her, but also that in his patient way of doing so, he is making her whole again. Most recently Ari has begun to pattern herself when she is laid on her belly, moving her legs alternately and even trying to get up on her knees. Shortly she is going to begin to scoot, then eventually crawl, then walking. Ha Ha... time is God's most useful tool. So although this is short notice to all of you, we are turning this coming Friday in to Arianna's second birthday, which for the rest of her life will be Ari's Resurrection Birthday... honoring the fact that she not only had an accident on that day, but after being "coded" in ER for 35 minutes, she came back to us. Sarah and I have asked that all of you, our family and friends, come over this Friday night at 6pm and have some dinner with us and just celebrate that a tragic night in our lives could have left us without Ari, but instead we have a new Ari whom we love not as much as we used to, but much more, and in a new way. You are all invited to join us at our home at 5208 Agora St, Sebring for some bbq and cake and fellowship. If you need directions or have questions call us at one of the following numbers. RSVP is appreciated so we know how much chicken we are cooking up, but we'll make some extra's just in case. If you haven't seen Arianna in a while, we invite you to come and see just how well she is doing. Love to all.....
